Bio: I would like to understand the impacts of genetic mutation and alternative splicing on protein sites and structure in a network. These changes are likely to affect protein interactions and causes rewiring of modules within the network. Besides that, i am also interested with protein modelling and protein model quality assessment.

Coming from a background of genetics that used to the hands-on experience of doing a laboratory using my own-hand, I was quite confused for the first few months. But after learning more and more about programming, I become addicted to it. I even got myself a Raspberry Pi. I am in love with Bioinformatics, that incorporates both my favourite subjects, Biology and Information Science!
